SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at F & C Studio. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Standard Shipping: 8 to 12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will active and updated within 24–48 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
F & C Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
F & C Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
